Now that you’re familiar with our Top-to-Bottom cleaning method you can be assured we will apply this method to your Furnished Rental Cleaning. Gracious will clean every surface in your rental! There won’t be any dust bunnies under the bed or coffee table either! We even provide a complimentary Welcome basket with snacks and drinks on the table to add an extra special touch. We also have a separate complimentary amenity pack containing artisan crafted items essential for their stay from a local shop, Ponte Vedra Naturals, Inc. Every detail will be taken care of for you from having fresh sheets on the bed to a new roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. You can be assured that your guests will feel welcome and right at home the minute they walk in for their short stay.
Lastly, we offer courtesy walk through to do a last minute touch up before a guest arrives if the property was sitting vacant for a few days after we cleaned it. We want to be sure your home is looking and smelling great when the clients arrive.
Now, what’s one thing that is an issue for you that often goes untouched or unresolved by other cleaning services? Trash, it’s inevitable! Trash is always left behind in bathrooms, kitchens, and even in the can outside whenever the previous clients leave. We all know that people use their noses as well as their eyes when evaluating if a place is truly clean or not, so we cater to both of those senses by having your property in tip, top shape the minute they walk in. We will be certain to remove all trash from the home AND from the bin outside in order to give your guests the best experience possible.

- Dusting from top-to-bottom (Cobwebs, baseboards, items, lamps, fans, vents, etc)
- Spray and Wipe Down all Electronics, Table Tops, Furniture, etc
- Wipe Down all Counter Tops, Small Appliances, and Large Appliances
- Clean all sinks
- Vacuum and Mop all Floors in the Home
- General Straightening Up
- Empty Trash Cans and Put in New Bags
- Remove ALL Trash from the Premises

- Dress bed with new linens and new pillow cases*
- Spray and wipe down mirrors, sinks, shower/tub and toilet

In Living Room
- Lint Roll Couches and Chairs as needed
- Spray and Wipe Down all Tables and Chairs
